3d Athletics will begin its 4-week Spring 3-on-3 program on Monday, April 30, 2018. Sessions will be held on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday evenings. Please review the information provided for all ages. Workout times will remain the same each week for your respective age/division. 

Our 3-on-3 model will reinforce all of the skills we address in our workouts held at 3d Athletics. In this setting, players will have the ability to apply competitive skills. Utilizing this platform to experiment on concepts that we have reviewed in our training program will accelerate their learning curve in adaptation to 5-on-5 play!
